He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Fredrick and Margaret Lean Kaiser (Rogers); and his former wife Hazel Townsend. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Skipper; and his children, Eddie Kaiser (Sharon) of Peru, Henry Kaiser of Peru, Margaret Koonce (Brent) of Peru, Kathy Campbell (David) of Rochester, Jeremiah Spencer (Billie) of Kokomo and David Spencer Jr. of Greenwood. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, love offerings may be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
