With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Jean Wert of Peru, Indiana, born in Wooster, Ohio, who passed away on February 10, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Winger and Celia Winger (Efferson); her husband Danny K. Wert; and her sister Patricia Johnson (Herbert). She is survived by: her son Chris Wert (Ethel Johnson-Wert) of Peru; and her sister Janet Bucknell (late Edward) of Choctaw, OK. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be directed to Marion-Grant County Humane Society P.O. Box 1921, Marion, IN 46952.
