He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Ray and Phyllis Ann Johnson (Leedy-Conner); and his siblings, Tanya Kay Johnson of Leesville, LA and Terry Allen Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, Beth Ann Harris (Ray) of Sebring, OH, Bonita Sue Cochran (Joe) of Bunker Hill, IN, Robert Johnson (Pam) of Bunker Hill, IN and Brian Lee Johnson of Peru, IN; his nieces, Maria Harris, Tanya Pearson, Yolanda Zehring and Soneya Lynn; and his nephew Johnny Ray Johnson.
