He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald Spencer and Rose Spencer (Lantz) of Peru; his daughters, Rebecca Rangel of Peru and Zoey Pelkey of Ames, Iowa; his stepchildren, Shyana Guinta of Florida and Ryan Guinta of Florida; his grandson Quintin Pelkey; his brother Matt Spencer; and his niece Persephone Jayde Spencer.
