He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Pulak and Mary Pulak (Messina); and his son Joseph John Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marie Pulak (Kyser); his former wife Antoinette "Toni" Pulak (Grande); his sister Mary Ann Pulak; his children, Sharon Bowers (Chad), Tracy Balog (Michael) and Debbie Green Pulak; his stepson Michael Kyser Sincox; and his grandchildren, Christine, Zachary, Kayla, Ethan, Nicholas, Christopher, Adam and Cecilia. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
