It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Jenkins of Peru, Indiana, born in Rochester, Indiana, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jenkins and Betty Jenkins (Thrush); and his sister Susie Jenkins. He is survived by: his spouse Hermalene; his brothers, James Jim Jenkins (Rita) of Indiana, George Jenkins of Washington and John Jenkins of Texas; his children, Tami Stingel (Shawn), Justin Jenkins, Jill Phillips (Brandon), Jeff Moore (Becky) and Kellie Cloutier (Michael); his grandchildren, Madison Pursifull, Macen Pursifull, McKenna Stingel, Courtney Jenkins, Ar'Mony Jenkins, Marley Brannon, Gavin Brannon, Jaksyn Jenkins, Michelle Shifflett, Lindsay Pringle (Colby), Autumn Moore, Shannon Fuller (Michael) and Jayci Cloutier; and his pet Rinny. He is also survived by 10 greatgrandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
