He is survived by: his mother Connie Bentley (Combs); his siblings, Robert Maldonado (Amy Maldonado), Michael Combs (Mea Wolf), Dora Mendez (Christopher Mendez), Thomas Jr. and Bentley (Mary Bentley); his nieces and nephews, Arriana Maldonado, Mila Mendez, Robert Jr., Bradyn Lambert, Xavier Higginbothom, Dalton Ward and Austin Combs; and his great-niece Amara Maldonado.
Memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
