He was predeceased by: his father William Lease. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Lease (McCarthy); his daughter Alanna Lease of Peru; his significant other Tiffany Artrip; his significant other's children, Emily Artrip and Andrew Artrip; his brother Paul Lease (Tricia); his nephew Blake Lease; and his sister Katherine Lease.
