She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Marburger and Lucile Marburger (Stevens); and her brother John S. Marburger. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Zipperian; her children, Nancy Mackey (Dan) of Chicago and Eric Zipperian (Celia) of Kearney, Nebraska.; her grandchildren, Jonathan Zipperian (Laura), Matthew Mackey (Elizabeth), Lindsey Mackey and Abigail Zipperian; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Mackey and Taylor Jo Zipperian Woods.
In lieu of flowers, Joann wishes for you to take a bouquet of flowers to a relative, friend or neighbor that you haven't seen for awhile. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Peru or the Bunker Hill Free Will Baptist Church in Bunker Hill, Indiana through the funeral home.
