She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Dearl, Betty Ashley, Tom and Carolyn Lewis; and her uncles, Tom Lewis (Linda Ashley) and Richard Ashley.
She is survived by: her parents, David Lewis and Pam Lewis (Ashley); her brother Jeff; her sister-in-law Katie Lewis; her niece Maddie Lewis (Neville) of Oak Harbor, WA; her uncles, Brett (Sandy Lewis), Junior (Pam Ashley), Bill Ashley (Sue Lawson) and Jim (Shirley Nevius); and her aunt Donna Ashley.
