He was predeceased by: his father Granvil Patrick; and his brother Dale Culver. He is survived by: his mother Nellie Patrick (Culver); his wife Courtney Hoover; his daughters, Dezarae and Olivia Patrick; and his siblings, Granvil "Bubba" Patrick, Clayton Patrick, Susan Stark, Sherry Heitger, Loretta Parker (Sissy) and Linda Cavanaugh.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to assist with funeral costs.
