He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Bauman Smith; and his sister Julie Vollmuth. He is survived by: his father Lynn Smith; his wife Holly Conlee; his sons, Stephen Smith (Tarah) and Jordan Smith (Brianne); his grandchildren, Kathryn Smith, Corbin Smith and Evie Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Collen, Byron and Bo Ross; and his sisters, Linnett Ball (Jim) and Lisa Smith.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to Masonic Lodge #67.
