It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeff Sweeney of Peru, Indiana, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Jeff's honor to either, Veterans of War or Riley's Children Hospital.
