He is survived by: his parents, Michael Johnston and Doris Johnston (Morgan) of Peru; his children, Tyler Johnston of Kokomo and Janét Johnston of Peru; his brother George Johnston (Dawn) of Florida; and his grandmother Anna Marie Johnston of Peru. He is also survived by 3 nieces.
