He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Sullivan and Helen Bradley Sullivan; and his grandson Matthew Lindholm. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Phillips; his daughters, Sandra Lindholm (Donald) of St. John, IN and Teresa Sullivan of Kokomo, IN; his grandchildren, Jennifer Lindholm and Kelly Lindholm; and his sister Diann Sutton (Dee) of Peru.
