He is survived by: his parents, Marshall Spencer of Florida and Vickie Clemons (Shrock) of Peru; his girlfriend Andrea Leazenby; his children, Cynthia Lott of Peru, Max Santiago of Florida, Isabella Spencer of Peru and Hannah Leazenby of Logansport; and his brothers, Edward Clemons of Peru and Jerry Clemons of Peru. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
