He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leland Howard Jr. and Sallie Day Howard (Roberts). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Mark Noah and MaKayla Anne; and his siblings, Julie (Angelo Lewis), Saralee (Jim Schultz), Holly and Douglas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
