He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hoffman and Marie Hoffman (Rupp). He is survived by: his sister Jane Locke (Leslie); his nieces, Marie Cunningham (James) and Anne Locke; his nephew Alan Locke (Sheri); his great-niece Caroline Locke; and his great-nephew David Locke.
