He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Stodgell and Okla Elizabeth Stodgell (Sommers); his wife Tina Stodgell; his son Terry Stodgell; and his brother Ed Stodgell.
He is survived by: his children, Fran Walker of Amboy, Chris Breedlove (Patty) of Amboy and Darlene Garrett of Florida; his siblings, Conrad Stodgell of Amboy and Beverly Bennett of Columbia City; and his grandchildren, Bobby Willis, Elizabeth Kinzie, Jessamyn Burnett, Stephanie McKee, Chad Stodgell, Jerilynn Scott, Steven Breedlove, Joshua Walker and Jessica Brinneman.
