It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Horace Ingram of Peru, Indiana, born in Nauvoo, Alabama, who passed away on July 24, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ingram and Mary Ingram; his wife Judith A. Ingram (Skidmore) of Bunker Hill; his siblings, Ava Lee Lawson (Guy), Elmer Ingram (Lucy), Ruby Keaton (Pete), Opal Farley (Alton) and Kenneth Ingram; and his grandson Caleb Ingram.
He is survived by: his sons, Brent (Kathy) and Kelly (Patty); his brothers, Ralph Ingram (Irene) and Lonnie Ingram (Kay) of Nauvoo, AL; his grandchildren, Heidi Hawkins (Joel), Levi Ingram (Margo Martin), Kayla Johnstone (Andrew) of Nolensville, TN, Kristin Rooks (Austin) of Cookeville, TN and John Brian Miller of Murfreesboro, TN.; his great grandchildren, Avalee, Ethan, Elias Hawkins, Finley Savasta, Campbell Johnstone, Owen, Colten Rooks and Cooper Ingram; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Michael (Morgan), Zachery (Skyler), Anthony (Chloe), Grace and Clare Springer.
