He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Childers and Lulu Childers (Crane); and his wife Sharon Louise Childers (Sparks). He is survived by: his brother Roy Childers (Pam) of Peru; his daughters, Susan Kegley of Kokomo, Nancy Harris of Kokomo and Katherine Burt (Willie) of Peru; and his grandchildren, Zachary Hetzner of Kempton, Dakota Harris of Kokomo and Matthew Harris of Kokomo.
