Hollarman (Hedrick) of Peru; her husband Mike Hollingsworth of North Webster; her daughters, Jessica Hawkins (Jacob) of Columbia City and Lauren Smith of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Sawyer and Quinn; her father David Hollarman (Judy) of Kokomo; and her siblings, Kelly Smith (Terry) of Greentown and Michael Hollarman (Shelly Leonard) of Kokomo.
