He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Schulte and Mildred Beaver Schulte; his wife Patty Smalley; his children, Kristi A. Kirk of Kokomo and Scott Schulte (Angie) of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Kayla Kirk Thurston (Eric), Seth Schulte and Luke Schulte; and his sister Deb Hayes.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to St. John's Lutheran Church or to the Scratching Post Cat Rescue.
