He was predeceased by: his parents, Cortlen Hall and Carol Hall (Goshert); his brother-in-law Jason Hawkins; his nephew Carl James "C. J." Philpot; and his parents-in-law, Elijah "Barney" Hawkins and Betty S. Hawkins.
He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Hall; his daughter Christina Knotts (Kris) of Lebanon; his sisters-in-law, Tonya Philpot (Carl), Carla Young (Doug) and Cheryl Molder (Ray); his niece Sue Ellen Sopher (Steven); his nephews, Rodney McElfresh (Kayla Coyle), Robert McElfresh (Jessica), Randall McElfresh (Emily), Bradley Molder (Savannah Herbert), Austin Molder (Bri Craig) and Nykolas Molder (Ashlyn Roof); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christian, Kain, Lachlan, Declan, Ari and Alethea.
