Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Evelyn McMahan of Peru, Indiana, born in Wabash, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 86, on June 16, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Mygrant and Livina Mygrant (Hahn); her husband Wayne I. "Mac" McMahan; and her siblings, Everett Mygrant, Elbert Mygrant, Alice Berkheiser, Molly Saltz and Bonnie Mygrant.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Gochenour (Steve) of Columbus, Theresa Payton (Tyrone) of Indianapolis, Tina Shumpert of Indianapolis and Tya Smith (Brian) of Peru; and her sisters, Mary Jenkins of Bunker Hill and Barbara Jo Behny of Gilead. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
