She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Edmond and Arthur Edmond; and her siblings, Carl, Robert Edmond, Margaret Hart and Marilyn (Howard France Sr.).
She is survived by: her brother William Edmond of Maryland; her children, Howard France Jr. (Gail) of Peru, Cindy Scott of Warsaw and Loreen Plasterer of Shawnee, Oklahoma; and her grandchild Lee France (Jaci).
