He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Porter and Mauna Fay Shultz (Piatt); his wife Elizabeth Ann Guinn; his son Troy Shultz; his great grandchild Kenzie Shultz; his siblings, Marion, Ed, George Shultz, Alma Sease, Sarah Mikesell, Pauline Wahab and Lois DeFord; and his pet Misty Lou.
He is survived by: his children, Tim "Dink" Shultz (Rebecca), Porter "Porty" Shultz, Denver, Crystal "Cristy" (Kevin), Alisa "Lisa" Shultz, Shelley Stein (Troy), Chili, Kelly Shultz (Cassie Smith) and Brandy (Kevin); his siblings, Tony Shultz, Penny Stapleton and Karla Wolfe; and his pet Corky. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
