He is survived by: his children, Donald Ousley Jr. (Liz) of Peru, Chuck Ousley (Debra), Tony Ousley (Sheila) of Peru, Dawn Schwarzkopf (Brad) of Sheridan, Cheryl Schlemmer of Kokomo, Kim Holman (Tony) of Leonard, MI and Cliff Cavins (Teresa). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
