It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Dolis Brown of Peru, Indiana, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alene Mitz and Claude "Shorty" Mitz; and her brothers, Horace Mitz, Floyd Mitz, Carl Mitz, Lawrence Mitz and Meachum Hamilton.

She is survived by: her husband Allen Brown of Peru; her siblings, Samuel Nealy of Lansing and Shirley Stacy of Albuquerque; and her cousin AC Cleaves. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
