He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Sizemore-Fouts; his parents, Herbert Fouts and Geneva Fouts; and his brothers, Dave Fouts, Danny Fouts and Duane Fouts.
He is survived by: his daughter Carrie S. Townsend (Bob); his aunt Doris Jean of Kokomo; his cousin Bob of Bunker Hill; and his sister-in-law Jeannie Fouts of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
