She was predeceased by: her parents, Cameron T. Smith and Margaret Smith (Borchardt); her husband Ken of Elmore; her sister Naomi Conway; her son David; and her granddaughter Abigail Grace Hasselkus.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Fink (Rick), Ken Hasselkus (Judy), Kim Struble (Mike) and Kris Hasselkus (Marci); her grandchildren, Megan Black (Zach), Maddie Dean (Eric), Michelle Cade (Grant), Mallory Struble, Vanya, Nikki Fink, Tyler Stites and Gauge Hasselkus; and her great grandchildren, Zoe, Aden Black, Cooper Cade, Evan, Ethan and Emmett Dean.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Payton Manning Children's Hospital or the Circus City Festival Scholarship Fund.
