He is survived by: his wife Shirlene McCollum; his children, Rhonda Ousley (Kim Johnson), Robin, Paul Jeffs, Ronald, Denise Mathis, Regina and Randi York; his brother Billy; his close friends, Cy Howell, Schery, Bruce White and Flex; and his pets, Tootsie and Turbo. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
