It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claudia Shuey of Peru, Indiana, born in Plymouth, Indiana, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Lacefield and Grace Lacefield; and her sisters, Betty Gilley and Barbara Ryan. She is survived by: her children, Debra Clark (Mike) of Peru, Matthew Shuey (Tammy) of Kokomo, Annamarie Elliott (Ray) of Orlando, Mark Shuey (Holly) of Kokomo and Stephanie Shuey of Peru; and her grandchildren, Brittany Rober (Lucas), Emily Welch (Gabe), Jake Gilvin (Ashey), Sami Martin (Matt), Spencer Elliott of Orlando, Maysie Hewitt (Ty), Avery Hewitt, Rachel, Lilyana, Isaiah, Josiah and Hezekiah Shuey.
