She was predeceased by: her parents, James Duke and Marjorie Gates Duke; and her children, Aaron Miller and Stephanie Polk. She is survived by: her husband James K. Polk; her sisters, Barbara Milasky of Kokomo, Patricia Duke of Kokomo and Dixi Keller (Vernon) of Bennetts Switch; and her nieces, Rita Miller, Kathy Craig, Joy Wolney, Barbara Miller and Jamie Willson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to the Autism Society of Indiana.
