We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2024, at the age of 85, Cary D. Dawalt of Peru, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale L. Dawalt and Jewell Winter Ewing; his wives, Alice and Carol; and his brothers, Kent and Gary.
He is survived by: his children, Garry Dawalt (Kathy) of Peru, Dale Dawalt (Tina) of Carlsbad, CA, Jeff Dawalt of Peru, Jodi Grant (David) of Denver, IN and Cara Dawalt of Converse, IN; his brother Kraig Dawalt (Caroline) of Logansport, IN; his grandchildren, Kyle, Phillip, Nick, Jake, Carter, Colby, Dylan, Lauren, Alex, Annie, Emmy, Maddie, Caleb, Carson, Anali, Jaime and Kayla; and his nephew John Michael. He is also survived by several greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made through the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home to FOP Lodge #72.
