He was predeceased by: his parents, Nels Oneal and Loretta Allen (Perrone); and his grandparents, Roy, Ada Oneal, William and Scevina Perrone.
He is survived by: his sisters, Melinna Bacon (Jim) of Logansport and Laura Rinehart (Richard) of Logansport; his stepmother Cindy Oneal of West Lafayette; and his stepbrothers, Bob Cain (Danya) of West Lafayette and Nick Cain (Cameron) of Crown Point. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
