She is survived by: her close friend Betty Hunter of Peru; and her siblings, Sherriel Bowen (Cindy) of Peru, Kevin Bowen of Florida, Lorretta "Rita" Godwin of Peru and Duaine Bowen of Peru. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many "chosen" family members.
