With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Louise Johnson of Peru, Indiana, who passed away on May 8, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kerlin and Mable Kerlin (Stewart); her husband Larry Johnson; her sister Patricia Steele; and her niece Michelle Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Maggie Johnson (Joseph Gonzales) and Cherl Myers; her grandchildren, Dorian Gray and Rhiannon Schaefer; her brother John William Kerlin Jr.; her nieces and nephews, Nancy C. Evans, Bronwyn G. Gardner, David L. Steele and John T. Steele; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jimmie Evans, Katie Evans, Connor Wisher, Kody Steele, Brittnee Steele, Jordan Archer, Kylie Brown and Lisa Steele; and also Jeffery Spencer.
