He is survived by: his spouse Carrie; his children, Charlie and Cate; his parents, Jay Lewis of Peru Indiana and Kathy Lewis of Peru Indiana; his grandmother Joyce Lewis of North Manchester, IN; his siblings, Matthew Lewis (Tracy) of Peru and Rachel Richey (Andrew) of Logansport; and also, German Shepherd Gordon and Dorothy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and countless friends.
