He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert R. Bishop and Elsie Inez Clark Bishop; his mother-in-law Barbara Morris; his wife Barbara; and his sisters, Pauline Jeanes and Marjorie Morgan.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Bishop (Maureen) of Denver, IN and Pamala Wyckoff of Peru; his grandchildren, Jeff Lewis (Katie), Seth Bishop (Kristina), Lucas Acord, Grayson Acord, Alyssa McKinney (Matt) and Mikala Wyckoff; and his great grandchildren, Madilyn Lewis, Dax Bishop, Railyn Sharp and Raniyah Sharp.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to the American Cancer Society.
