He was predeceased by: his cousin Gavin. He is survived by: his parents, Nathanael Micah and Sharon Epling (Crist); his siblings, Noelle, Eli and Noah; his grandparents, Dick Crist (Patty) of Perrysville, Indiana and Smith Epling (Judy) of Spencer; his cousins, Victoria (Mitch), Hudson, Pierce, Zoe, Isaac, Dustin and Silas; and his close friend Stephen Seest.
