He is survived by: his mother Shirley Bollenbacher (Elzey) of Bryant; his son Devin Bollenbacher of Bryant; his stepdaughter Carol Kahn of Portland; his siblings, David Bollenbacher (Marcia Highly) of Pennville and Susan Bollenbacher (Shayne Branham) of Redkey; and his grandsons, Tyler Weesner and George Weesner.
