She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roger Faye and Thelma Mertz (Wright); her former husband Robert Pence; her husband Richard Monroe; her son Dana Pence; her stepchildren, Lesa Kirby (Gary) and Richard Douglas Monroe (Tressie); her children, Trinda and Jackie; and her grandson Cody Ryan Pence. She was also cherished by Several step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
