He was predeceased by: his sister Karen E. Howell. He is survived by: his father Floyd Thomas Howell; his wife Geneveb Howell of Pennville; his daughters, Abbie E. Howell (Dave Rhinehart) of Memphis, TN and Kellie V. Howell of Portland, IN; his mother Agnes Howell (Neal) of Pennville, IN; his siblings, Steve Howell (Debbie) and Susan Howell (Andrew Schilling); and his grandson Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
