He is survived by: his wife Laura Mendenhall; his son David Burden of Ohio; his stepchildren, Jason Gibson (Cindy) of Geneva and Sonja Bisel (Doug Smith) of Wilshire; his sisters, Annabelle Miller of Bryant and Sue Betts (Francis) of Portland; his half-brothers, Rick Bollinger of Bryant and Chad Bollinger of Berne; and his stepsister Renee Laux of Florida. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, four step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
