He is survived by: his wife Ruth E. Rogers (Oswalt) of Pennville, IN; his children, Debbie Cash (Jeff) of Pendleton, IN, Jeff Rogers (Phoebe) of Pottstown, PA, John Rogers of Portland, IN, Donna Skinner (Keith) of Hartford City, IN and Jamie Rogers of Petroleum, IN; and his brother Richard Rogers of Portland, IN.. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren.
