He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lukens and Opal Lukens (McShurley); his sister-in-law Linda Lukens; and his nephew Thomas Lukens. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Lukens of Spain and Janalee Lukens of Muncie; his grandchildren, Diego Lukens and Natalia Lukens; his brother David Lukens (Carol) of Anderson; his nephews, Todd Lukens (Linda) of Indianapolis and Troy Lukens of Lapel; and his daughter Loretta Lukens.
