He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marcum and Flora Marcum (Short); his children, Kelly Marcum, Marie Marcum and Danielle Marcum; his stepson William Rosenbaum; and his siblings, Gladys Marcum, Clifford Marcum, Leroy Marcum, James Marcum and Cleveland Marcum.
He is survived by: his wife Dorthea Marcum (Womeldorf) of Pendleton; his stepchildren, Catherine Marcum of Pendleton and Frank Rosenbaum (Sue) of Fortville; his brothers, Paul Marcum Jr. and Ray Dean Marcum; his grandson William Marcum (Lisa); his great grandchildren, Matthew, Destinee and Kayla Marcum; and his great great grandchild Sophia Cox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
