He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Claude and Joann Marie Lowe (Gorman); and his brother David Lowe. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Marie Epperson of Pendleton, IN, Amanda Renee McMillan of Kokomo, IN, Rachel Lynn Lowe of Atlanta, IN and Andrea Stephanie Wollam of Jasonville, IN; and his siblings, Noah Lowe, Phillip Lowe and Matilda France. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
