He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Metzger and Hester Metzger (Sides); and his sister Marillis Richardson. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Metzger (Susan) of Lapel, Gerald Metzger (Kathy) of Noblesville, Marilyn Garber (Eldon) of Pendleton, Margaret Garber (Roger), Patricia Riffey (Jesse), John Metzger of Indianapolis and Bill Metzger (Beth) of Lapel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
